Paul Marque

Born in 1997 in Dax France, Paul Marque began dancing at the age of 4 in his hometown. Quickly recognized for his talent, he joined the Paris Opera Ballet School at the age of 10.

He completed the full academic and artistic curriculum and joined the corps de ballet of Paris Opera Ballet in 2014.

He rose rapidly through the ranks of the institution, becoming a Coryphée in 2016, a Sujet in 2017, and a Premier Danseur in 2018.

In 2020, at 23 years old, Paul was named Danseur Etoile of Paris Opera Ballet after a show of La Bayadère (R.Noureev) where he was dancing the role of the Golden Idol. His nomination was streamed live on Paris Opera Play.

Paul is also invited all around the world to perform at international galas and with various ballet companies, especially in Europe, Asia and north America.
